You are right it will be hard to legalize the decentralized title registry concept in many countries, but with time as the governments and institute start accepting the uses and benefits of block chain and the authenticity it provides, i am sure they will start accepting this.

The concept sounds very interesting but I am not sure how they want to legalise this!  It may work is some East European countries but I cannot imagine anything like this get legalised in West EU and US markets.

I really want to share my bad experience with this ico. I asked them what exchange they will be with after ico in telegram. Within 10 minutes, I do not receive a response, so I commented poor customer service. Then one of them called me a noob. Another mod commented I was being rude because they needed to enjoy Saturday. All in a sudden kicked me out. I am like holy muther fucker, I wanted to invest on your coin, is this how you treat your potential customer?  Maybe this is stupid question I had, but you could answer me in a good attitude. I was planning to invest 20 eth on your coin, now I would not and I would also share my experience with my friends friends. Post it on facebook, tweeter, any media I could reach to. Fuck you propy.

It could've been more. Judging from the fact ETH Blockchain was clogged up, I'd say that severely hampered the rate at which investment were coming in. Nonetheless, $10M isn't a bad start. I'm sure more than 60% of the amount allocated for the ICO will be sold. Great stuff here

Propy is not a DAO and the Propy token is not a security. To assure that we hired the best lawyers in Silicon Valley - Perkins Coie. SEC warns the security tokens to be registered under the US laws. The securities in form of a digital asset will not be forbidden.

Regarding your question about exchanges, There will be several exchanges but they are independent third party players so we cannot name them before they list PRO. We are negotiating with them without pushing on them, we'll provide more details soon.
