Propy team plans to have agreements with multiple Land Registries/Recording offices to use blockchain hashes for each ongoing transaction. The Propy's smart contracts developed are compatible with US legislation, while our DApp is to enable buyers from China, Canada, the Middle East, Latin America and more to legally validate real estate transactions. Propy is currently working with lobbyists in California and Vermont to accelerate the acceptance of Propy Registry as a legally valid source of trust in the US. Additionally, Propy is working with governments of several emerging countries (Middle East, Central America, and Eastern Europe), where the transition to new systems is more straightforward due to the lack of regulatory complexity. Also, we are continuously negotiating with international governments to achieve our long-term objectives of establishing a fully decentralized P2P platform on the Propy Registry. We are currently discussing agreements with Dubai, as part of the common mission to bring city properties into the Blockchain for more efficient transactions. By 2020 Dubai is planning to bring the entire city’s business activities on the Blockchain. In addition, we are almost ready to announce some other updates on the subject of other agreements and we'll make it soon, so please stay tuned!  


Also answering your other question regarding team itself - Propy as a project is located in US, California. The team is international, it comprises specialists from different countries. You will find this info at Propy's official website.

Fresh updates: We have signed a recent agreement with Leju China,  MoU signed with the government of Ukraine and a partnership with JLL in the United Kingdom, which is one of the biggest real estate brokers in the world. This project is not a scam.their dev is just too busy doing more important things.

That's no excuse for ignoring your investors! If a dev is too busy they should appoint someone to
handle queries... I'm having trouble communicating with them as well...

Personally me - I've helped almost 200 participants during the crowdsale on Telegram. We are 24/7 support there. I guess you were asking something on Sunday, then yes, the team is not supposed to react immediately on weekend, we're solving multiple tasks and need a minute to have a rest. Your accusation is unfair and subjective! 

if there will be some struggles, for sure there will be resolve for it. Be patient after all the support is trying to reach the investor as hard as they can. It's not fair to accused yet you don't have any valid basis.

as you said there are plenty of tkmes, this will become reality i believe i've been in polybius ICO spearheaded also by few propy.advisers. so i believe they can make it again.

Almost every autumn the activity of traders is increasing and the price of Bitcoin and most alts is growing. This is usually explained by the fact that many traders back from holidays. I do not think that this much is true, but people want to understand the essence of things. So they invent explanations.

i believe this campaign supposedly planned to be launched last july originally but the planned was moved because of the major changes that happen on btc then after that also they decide to accept btc as investment which is for me a good move.

Yeap, ED is exchange hell)) but there is and some positive moments. In particular, almost all coins based on Eth first come here. And for fans to quickly sell bounty ED is a paradise.
But I'm sure that the coin will soon appear on normal exchanges.
