how is the value of PRO being pumped? We can't trade it. HITBTC even restricted the deposit and withdraw of PRO

its not real PROs. It is IOU tokens. They will be converted to PRO when HitBTC oficcialy open trades for PRO.

No it will never happen.  This is a scam that HitBTC pull with most ICOs.  I suspect most of the traffic is fake and designed to get the odd sucker to pay multiple times the actual price to buy tokens.  Once the tokens are released the price will plummet and they will be left holding a bag that is worth significantly less than what they paid for it.

Dumb idea with dumb people believing in it, they need the money raised from the ICO for what in the title it says global but no one even asked

What does global mean in a fucked up world of borders and how can one claim anything not just property or title registry in a decentralized system

And have the centralized system to bow down and respect the claim then having the laws of every country to support the claim? I doubt if anyone

ICO just finished a few days ago and Bounty participants there are thousands.
Team Propy takes time to do Bounty counting, if all of that has been completed team Propy will certainly make an announcement.

This is normal to restrict access to bounty spreadsheet when the team is working on it, because of numbers of  complaints that would likely follow, the spreadsheet would be made public when it is ready

I noticed that the spreadsheet for signature campaign was disable in public so I bet they are counting and finalizing stakes now I hope they finish it sooner and will wait for their announcement for distribution and removing signatures.
