Propy is first mover in this field on blockchain they have working platform and successfully completed some deals using this platform. From my point of view in future it will reach to its peak right now it is just under the project I believe it is hidden gem.

Binance Coin (BNB) is now acceptable as for real estate buying. But only at Propy, that allows users to buy and sell real estate through blockchain. The company announced that it accepts now Binance Coin (BNB). Some experts found that it is funny, others – that it is very pragmatic.

As far as I remember, a significant part of the tokens amount was frozen. According to the WhitePaper, something about 30% should be unlocked already a month ago.

Strategically addition of BNB inside the ecosystem of Propy as method of payment is very good. Immediate impacts of this move will be to bring both communities come closer. We are heading to era where collaboration and cooperation among all or at least important blockchain based startups and businesses is necessary. Binance's native token is becoming useful in return this can enhance bilateral cooperation this is my analysis.

You can't deny the importance of blockchain tech importance it has solution to provide transparent and fair platform for this purpose. At this stage this is just beginning of the new era while this project is also very young so it is not fair to make any analysis we must give some time to them.

I am not very bullish for everything that is using blockchain but for Propy do. There are reasons because first of all they have successfully finalized transactions on blockchain to register the record for good. Second, real estate is the industry which needs of blockchain much more than anything else and where it can see popularity and adoption lot more easier than financial services areas.
