In the first day of trading its expected that token holders sell part of their share in the exchange to catch in some profit from the amount invested in the ICO prior to listing. This causes the market to find its true price. After a while trading will be flat and this is good. It may or may not be under ICO price but its a good time to buy back what you sold. If the project is good then expect more than double the total amount invested.
