Do Altcoins really have a future?

Yes the altcoins itself has a big future in our whole world. We should always believe on them that they can provide us a better source of income because all things they perform are dedicated to the public to serve.

I believe that many alt coins will be useful to society. There are a lot of very good projects that can improve people's lives. These coins have a good future. But alts which created only for speculation will die with time.

I know there are so many iffy projects that make you wonder whether its scam because nowadays these are become less and less obvious.
I think scammers have come to know that a little more effort is needed now that people are becoming more aware of bad projects.
But even though ICOs are tricky to predict nowadays, if you are willing to then you can invest in a solid product like Gifts, Arcblock and even the upcoming  Multiversum will definitely have great returns in the long run.

I believe that altcoins have future. But I think not all has potential to grow bigger, only those that has a dedicated vision and mission for their company can have that courage to be successful someday.

As Far As i Know it depends on the developer and the investors or what we called supporters of that specific coin, like Bitcoin as we can see, it has lot of supporters miners, investors, HODLERS. whales, so that the price of it is quite expensive even thou it fluctuates. Some ICO last couple of months manage by manager yahoo62278 is now an altcoin such as INL, Insurepal This Project was recommended by john mcafee and is now banging the market with it's good price, i'm really looking into some project manager yahoo handled because for sure it's nice to play with, Looking also into VLB, can be a great deal in the future, hope investors won't regret if they haven't participated yet. there's also Jibrel, indahash and many more. looking for more project also, ICO that will be a future altcoin. Yes they have but not all are. Others will just die due to lack of support in the community. The success of a altcoins will depend on the team behind it and its community. If any of them are not functioning well, it will probably fall down. No matter how good and highly potential the coin is, if it will not gain the communities support, it will be just as good as nothing.

Today is the future of old coins. Altcoins do have a future with the help of investors and the community. Not all altcoins will even make it up to maturity stage. Each coins have good purpose for the society but if it will not receive a good support, it will just die. Only the strong coins will remain in the market.

Hey, that's a good question.
I think if we talking about crypto money - then you are right, future don't needs the million different coins. Probably there will be only 1 currency I hope it will be BTC, but ETH is not a currency, it is more like platform for creation utilities. Speaking of alts, those that are utility tokens for real purposes should survive. BUT the XRP clearly shows that pure speculation based on nothing could also be successeful cause it touches this strings of greedy in millions people.
Hope we will soon have not more than 100-150 alts.

There are so many altcoins have good projects behind them. Therefor the future of altcoin is bright similar to Bitcoin. However there is no project behind Bitcoin but due to popularity and basic coin of Crypto currency future of Bitcoin is also bright.

Yes why not?like..you can invest in them and then sell them for Bitcoin and you earn more then you invested , but there is a risk because the market at altcoins it's very unstable , you can't really predict the price so be careful cause you can lose a lot of money.

Nowadays many altcoins are emerging but altcoins are also many that can be successful and some are likely to be destroyed. I think there are some things to consider in choosing the most important altcoin is in terms of the concept brought by coint and one altcoins that have a fairly clear concept is ethereum because I think almost all Marketplace accept etherium and has a large volume.

Predicting the price of bitcoin is also difficult as predicting the price of altcoins, so the risks of investing are approximately the same. But I agree with you that investing in altcoins can bring good money, perhaps even more than in bitcoin.

For sure they do a have great future. Let's say that bitcoin is the mother of all and altcoins are its offspring, meaning the offspring will adopt the great values of the origin and will improve it but basically no one can replace bitcoin (we all know the reason why). But in my opinion the only altcoin that can go up to the same level is ETH and maybe LTC can stay at 0,02 btc price

considering the number of dollars that were invested in this sphere, I believe that the future will certainly be, such amounts can not be so easily destroyed
