And there are work environments in which the presence of electronic devices, whether on or off, are strictly prohibited.

I try not to get annoyed with people who presume everyone has similar opportunities as themselves with regard to internet access (and time/opportunity to access the internet).

For someone as 'time-poor' as I am, the opportunity to use the internet is hard-won and often means I have to forgo something equally important (if not more so).
