There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

We are near to 1000 pages nice success! Have you guys a simply guide for stake? I never done it... I'am mining and hold Staking is very simple - just keep your onions in your wallet. just remember to UNLOCK your wallet. All you have to do then is wait, and you will stake eventually. The more Onion, and the longer they stay in your wallet, the more your "weight" will go up.

Or once you coins are mature, you can head over to http://explorer.deeponion.org/ and check the POS stake difficulty. If difficulty is below 0.040 you will stake within couple of hours. If difficulty is ~1.0 that means that dev is staking premine and it will take you forever to get rewards. Just a hint if you don;t want to have your PC on 24/7.

Bittrex would be awesome, way better than polo in my opinion. You're right that it's not a big priority until after quite a few of the airdrops, but I think it's good to start planning early. Future users will have to buy their onions from somewhere, and I'd imagine that some people will be hesitant with smaller exchanges.

If my memory serve me right, this thread is one of the fastest to be on its way to 1000 pages, what a strong community around this project. What this project need is a good sale pitch to Poloniex or Bittrex to get it listed on their exchange then Whales will do the rest for the team
dogecoin thread had 1000 pages after 3 or 4 month from start Hopefully it won't follow the same shitty route of Dogecoin, lol.

I remember that there was another coin, I believe it was Lisk. A popular coin that was getting an insane amount of comments. BUT, I think they were incentivized to say something corny like, "Lisk Power." Or maybe "I feel the power." So it was basically a lot of people spamming that. This is one is a lot more organic. I love DeepOnion, because it's making my life a more hopeful.

You can expect about 400 Onions for a member. Legendary members already get 800 and there were even people who got 3000 in the last Airdrop. Make enough quality posts in both forums before applying, write a nice article about DO and don't mess up your signature, then you should be good to go.

When we will see Deeponion on other exchanges? Many people are writting that NOVA is stucking last days. I tried myself and it is really lagging very much. I think we need now another exchange. Come on guys, lets collect some money and get onto Cryptopia. I think we can reach it. If every member just invest 1usd we can get to cryptopia. maybe someone can collect the money ? Would be great

For the time being, Novaexchange is okay. Crytopia is another smaller exchange we can think of get listing. We should think of going to Bittrex, Poloniex only after 25 or 30 airdrops have already happened.
It isn't very likely that any big exchange will list onion as long as the developers hold most of the coins waiting to be airdropped. It is impossible to get high volume as long as there exist an opportunity for someone to perform an exit scam. After the air drop is completed it should be top priority to get listed on the high volume exchanges. Cryptopia is a good exchange and would be a great addition at this stage.

You created your profile on July 12. That's a very iffi day. But a bigger problem might be your posts. I'm sorry to say I don't think you're going to make the next air drop if you apply. I think I've gotten a pretty good vibe of what the mods are looking for, and I think you might have to improve the quality of your posts.

You can open athread about this in the suggestion section of the DeepoOnionforum. I'm shure that I read already abourt the plan of getting listed on bigger exchanges, but Deeper explained that this will only happen in the future because of different reasons.

I agree with the others. For small exchanges, I believe Cryptopia would be best since it has proved itself as one of the best exchanges out there. For big exchanges, I feel Bittrex would be best due to its popularity. Listings in such exchanges would surely boost DeepOnion value.

Nova is having lots of problems. I would avoid keeping any funds there for now. They changed their terms to say they are in "beta" and are not responsible for mismatched trades if the currency was already withdrawn from the site. They switched to manual withdrawals and are constantly shutting down the registration page due to attacks. It seems that people are also having 2-factor authentication problems. What will it take to get Onions listed on Cryptopia?

Ok perfect, and it's telling me that I'm not staking because my coins are not mature.... probably I have to wait a bit and then it will start on It's own! Once again Thanx to all, this community is just amazing Coins will become mature when they are in your wallet for at least 24 hours. When they are mature they will start staking. Coins have been in the wallet for more than 24h probably it's the wallet that has never been opened for 24h, maybe that's the reason. Another question does the wifi signal effect staking? Should I attach the ethernet cable to my pc for better staking, my ping is 3ms and download speed is 70mbps The speed of your internet connection doesn't affect the effectivity of staking. The only thing that matters is how much coins you have and their age. And as others already said: The wallet does not need to run 24/7 to get stakes. Your weight is increasing even when your wallet is offline. Thanx man you are a life saver, I actually thought that my computer had to be always on with the wallet open in order to be staking, instead if I understand correctly the staking process works only by leaving the coins in the wallet without touching them even if the pc is turned off... the only thing I don't understand is why my coins are not mature?
