We need it to better track wallet movements and solve account related issues much easier and also it provides transparency for the participants intentions. BTW ONION wallets sit behind the Tor network so the wallet connecting IPs and users are secure already from hackers. So these wallets can be publicly shared without much risk by their owners.

No because bitcoin client will not accept deeponion wallet then they may notice warning and then see the correct Bitcoin address in the profile or some other place or ask you to learn it. It's up to you in the end. We understand and respect your decision.
