Exactly! Download the Wallet Client, start it and look for "receiving address". Copy it and paste it! You should then be ready for your first round of free Onion! Welcome!

if you use a non-default datadirectory, it will hang on startup. Unless you add two folders ("onion" and "tor") to said non-default datadirectory  "onion" and "tor"

Sync problem with Mac wallet? You may need to add nodes  open a finder window,  click on "Go" menu "Go to Folder …" enter

The best for you would be to download windows wallet or linux.
Update signature and register https://deeponion.org/apply.php

For airdrop you dont need to have wallet open 24/7, but if you want to stack POS
you should have it opened.

Remeber also 10 posts with min 50 charaters to apply for weekly airdrop.
