I have one question though, how do I start staking?

Do I just have to put them on my wallet and leave them there? Or do I have to do more?

When I hovered on the purple circle in the lower left corner it says "not staking because you don't have mature coins" what does that mean?

Are surcharges for the first and second rounds, because due to distribution errors, they transferred smaller amounts. 71.66746297 was translating to me a crypto-rainbow when I wrote to him at PM about the surcharge. If your algorithm did not take into account these amounts, why did I participate in the fourth round? Why did not your algorithm take them into account?

So if I just send 5% of my total Onions I own at the moment - 99% from aidrops, I should be still included in the next airdrops?

Just make sure you don't go over 10%.
Also, when moving, make sure your change address is the same as airdrop address.
If you don't specify your change address, the wallet creates another address inside your wallet and your change go there.
That's why it is important to have coin control set to be safe and that you also understand its purpose or uses.
