Are surcharges for the first and second rounds, because due to distribution errors, they transferred smaller amounts. 71.66746297 was translating to me a crypto-rainbow when I wrote to him at PM about the surcharge. If your algorithm did not take into account these amounts, why did I participate in the fourth round? Why did not your algorithm take them into account?

I want to understand where the excess of the limit is 90%? As for the splitting of the amounts, I transferred everything to the main address before the start of the fourth round. lol, when dev blacklist you, they are 100% sure you did some fraud, there's no guessing there. You of course know the best, just check the OP rules, do you have multiple accounts? did you dump more than 10%? did you fud, etc.

Hey, people, if you deposit some onion to exchanges, don't be dumping it for some pennys. Put higher sell orders than you would hope for.
 Don't dump on the first rise either, only sell if you really need to-to survive. If we all do this, then we  can keep the value of onions up..

We are aware of these exchanges for us exchanges are extra nodes and they help the distribution. If our community complain about an exchange we stop advertising it and remove from our OP and website and move on. We have coding level that we can code us own exchange which is not necessary at this moment. After the vote central many projects can be funded new exchanges can be aimed and community will be much stronger and confident at that time.
