I really understand that users must be active, show their signature to promote and has a minimum of activity, but again does it makes sense to post 3 times in this thread?

Yes. You can buy them easily on the exchange; they'll be extremely cheap now compared to next year!
Make sure you have 3 relevant posts on DeepOnion and 5 on Bitcointalk a week (not including the off topic) and you should be good to go! Oh and you'll also need to have the appropriate banner

Unfortunately no. You have to be a Junior Member here in Bitcointalk and you must have registered before Oct. 1. You can join the Deeponion.org forum and earn some DeepPoints there. They will give a smaller airdrop for deeponion.org member using DeepPoints starting this week.
