There are a few reasons, I'll start by listing the main ones

• Using our 'TKR' token or coin means we can fuel the application by running a decentralized payment scheme, the users will be able to view the smart contract and the code that powers the payment and know what's going to happen.
• We're launching an ICO for the purpose of funding our app development, expanding our team and giving back to the community. It benefits the users because as the success of the application means your shares are worth more (pretty much how it works elsewhere). You're putting a trust in us, we allow token holders to decide our future collectively and we will issue dividends when we start making a profit. Otherwise the token itself holds value.
• You will always be able to invest tokens or sell tokens on an exchange just like regular other tokens
• App subscription model has a lot of room for interesting things that could benefit investors. Our roadmap goes a bit more deep into what we're going to launch.
• As you may notice we don't have any ridiculous fund targets like other ICOs out there that promise the world but have little to show for it.

That means the Pre-ICO will starts in 2 days (Wednesday at 12 PM) and will last for a total of 5 days or when the cap has been reached. More details are on the first page or on our website. Once the pre-ico has concluded we'll have more statistics to share.

Cool. An alpha release will make a good exposure for the project already at this early stage. Its going to be interesting to see how much can be collected at pre-ICO for it will help gauge this ICO can be successful.

A one page whitepaper wouldn't really be useful unfortunately for investors, we could look into getting an infographic made, however our project is quite self explanatory. Having said that, we will get a video published rather sooner than later.

We can at least visualize what this trackr is.
Though there can be a lot of modifications for beta, but at least once you released the alpha, it means that there some seriousness on this project.
