Hey guys for those wanting to help get this awesome coin listed, you can use this template i sent myself:

Dear All,

I would like to put in a request to list NewYorkCoin (NYC) on your exchange.

NYC has been around 2014 and recently a new team has taken over the project in order to further develop it. NYC has no network fees and 30 second confirmations. Hence, making it very suitable for retail usage. It is also 20x faster than Bitcoin and 5x faster than Litecoin.

Recent developments:

- NYC has been added to a released beta version of Coinomi (full version coming with the next update).

- Businesses in New York started accepting it as a form of payment (KEATS Restaurant and EPIC Hybrid Training).

- ATMs are going to be placed in New York in the 1st quarter of 2018.

- Marketing efforts are being put into getting more exposure via new website, more listings, etc.

I would like to point out that this coin indeed is based on transactions happening in and around New York. However, listing this coin on Gate.io would open the possibilities for it to be further developed into a global transaction asset such as the current top digital currency Bitcoin.

Thank you for your consideration.

I think one of the biggest things about this coin is the fact that businesses in New York are actually accepting it as currency.

Isn't that what we all ultimately want from a cryptocurrency?

True. I stated that in the appeal to Gate.io

I've been syncing the wallet for a few days.  Still on block 865k+.  Progress is extremely slow.  My internet is extremely fast and have had no issues with any other wallets.  Anyone have a location to download the block chain so I can speed this up?

I think NYC needs to add to the various exchanges as soon as possible. Between the exchanges send huge sums of money and no one can refuse to do a fast and free translation. While NYC is presented only for yobit.net he will not be given development, which is worthy.

Yes, I think so as well.

I think that we will see NYC do well this year. We just need to be patient.

I think that the art and creative part of NYC's business will be able to make the most out of a platform like this!

I completed synching my wallet after 3 days.
Just be patient since this coin's total supply is in billions.
There is a constant notification from Windows 10, I just ignore it.

Made my first transaction from yobit to my wallet; sending 1.9 nyc and it was fast.

I'm gonna test mine this coin for 24 hours with my nvidia mining rig, and just finished setting it up.
Took me 2 hours to figure it out.
Computer is super laggy compare to running eth or zec miners.

Thanks for the update on the wallet.  I'm very impatient.

As far as mining, I've been getting great results and have my rig mining NYC right now.

Can you provide some facts/links with businesses that are accepting the coin?

You can right click the notification and turn them off from that program.  You won't get new coin deposit notifications though.

The NYC is or ever was a white paper? If not, let's write. This is necessary for listing on the new NYC exchange.
