French is my native language. I'm French. You can ask other French people here.

As I said, this CORION thread was a mistake, and it does not represent my translation skills.
I guess that is also a reasonable explanations. The only other examples of your work are:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2013757
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2001725

If these are properly translated, then I think it is fair to (at least) change the rating to neutral (or remove completely).

How a "brand new" could know how are working bounties for his very first message?

French translation reserved
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1032905;sa=showPosts

How did you join the monacocard bounty campaign when the ICO closed the same day as your first message (june 18th)?
Why can't we find your username in none of the spreadsheets of that campaign?
Received !

You are obviously a multi-account.

No its not, that's what I thought 1st but we have talk together on Telegram. In fact he don't really look on bitcointalk, he only do his translation then leave, so he didn't see our comments in the french section.

He joined the 1st day because he talk with guys on slack 1st.

If people native to this language have trouble understanding your translation or just outright state that it is bad, then you do not have the necessary skills to produce a translation in said language. Therefore, you should not be attempting to cheat bounties with low-quality translations (automated or not).

I don't see why I should be punished.
I don't see why you should not. I take it French isn't your native language, and your mastery does not seem to be adequate (according to the statements from others). Why are you translatingtrying to translate into French then?

Its his native language, Saint-loup too, mine too, we all know its not google translate, only a bad translation that he was not paid for.

In fact his only mistake was to not be present on bitcointalk. And to be unlucky because it was also the exact time we were trying to find multi-account and/or google translate, he don't have to pay for others, and don't worry, they are many others doing google translate or people playing with multi account in french, they'll be on "reputation" soon !

Everybody is reserving languages in bounty threads, it's easy to see this and to do the same.
I wrote this message after having reserved.

In fact I reserved by contacting the team directly on Slack.

Check this spreadsheet : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gGK92Mhbz-JnRnk4-B8Rlk-htVxuak97d--0kH0ZDPU/edit#gid=154286656
You can see that my name is in it.

I could provide MANY whitepaper in french baddest then this one, its definitely and without a doubt in real french.

This thread only show how many problem we have in the french altcoin translation, I'm sorry it's about you macdeb because I know I was one the 1st one to suspect you.

okinowa you have open this thread, you should now say the true : it was a mistake, it's not a big deal, with so many fakes we are all doing mistake, mostly when someone don't answer, now he did, he understand that without talking with us we suspect him.

Edit : you have update, OK, end of story.
Okay I talked to him, he is a good translator, but Corion only paid him like 20$ so he did it quick, the quality is not perfect. But he will work harder next time

Nothing more to say.
Except that I will be more careful in the future, and improve even further the quality of my translations.

You could have clarified this a bit earlier, but okay.

All things considered, I have revoked my rating on the accused. You could/should probably contact relevant bounty managers if he counties to provide very bad translations.

comes on with a newbie (another FARMED account) to suggest a warning or neg trust

Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Thanks OP for the update.  Still not cool to give crap translation because he was paid only $20  Undecided  If it pays 20 bucks and you accept then you are expected to do the job, not a half assed one (just my position/opinion).

Hopefully, he will do his best next time or not accept the job.

I'm sorry but generally real newbies know nothing about bounties. And they don't even try to participate to bounty campaign since most of bounties are not allowed for newbies.

For translations, personally, it took several months to me to understand that every user could reserve translations, and the way to do it.

So, I can't believe a brand new is able to know how to reserve a translation bounty and to participate to several campaigns in his first week...
Moreover this newbie never asked any question about the forum he seems knowing it like a senior member. He even answers the question of other members !!

His 5th post(!)
Jamal still has to read a lot of articles and validate them... Be patient!

Don't be rude, it's not gonna make it faster...

I think it's nearly finished. Will probably get it tomorrow...

We don't often tag people for false accusations. Even if we wanted to, we'd need more than circumstantial evidence. In other words, you'd need to get the other party to admit to malicious intent.

I do not see how that is relevant to this thread. If you have adequate proof, then post in this thread: [User Generated] - Known alts of anyone.
