Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"

Ethereum has a potential altcoin than waves, based on the volume in market cap ethereum is the 2nd high demand in the cryptocurrency because of the popularity and a good coin that has a potential.

Although Waves recently as an altcoin is growing rapidly enough in price, all the same, such a proven coin as Ethereum is today more powerful with a capitalization of 18.5 billion dollars and has great support from the community. However, what will happen next and which of these coins will be stronger, we will see. I would bet on Ethereum, not Waves.

I wouldn't compare them, they are so different, Waves are overrated in my opinion. Ethereum is number one altcoin. How can there be any comparison.

Whatever the arguments of those who consider ethereum will be replaced, but I am very sure that ethereum will definitely succeed as the best coin after these bitcoins and waves can also succeed but will remain under ethereum

What good in the Waves? I don't know what wrong. But today Waves seems like speculation coin with some development. They have some meetups, marketing, development points. But as the whole  Waves will never be like ETH. it not looks solid. This is my opinion only. But I feel so.

Both coins are profitable. In my opinion the potential of the ETH and the different Waves, the platform is also different. Ethereum with their smart contracts and a network with so many giant projects inside. Waves have its own network too but with still growing project. Both are doing great as smart contract coin. But I'm sure Wave can not beat the Eth it take a long time if wave show some potential in future then might be we can compare to wave vs eth.

Who knows? Waves launched smart contracts? If they do, they will become the main competitor of the etherium. Waves benefit from the fact that they have a lower commission for the transaction, but if the wave rate suddenly increases, this advantage will disappear.

To my mind, there is no need to compare ether and waves even as this is obvious which one is the leader for me. many experts consider ether the second after btc which meas that it is the best one after btc

I dont think so, i disagree if  waves can replace ETH, no offense. But look the reality, all project and ICO until now still use ETH platform for the basic transaction of their project. And look the coinmarketcap, although the price of ETH was decrease, but the volume and the enthutiast of ETH still high. So no need to compare ETH and waves, just stay in ETH and grow up together

My opinion is that the waves can't beat the Ethereum . Because Ethereum is the most reliable and promising coin on the market . The waves are much lower than Ethereum .Waves has a lot of significant achievements compared with how the project is developing ETH.

It' not a matter of smart contracts only, its a matter of scalability, ETHereum is still a killer when it comes to scalability, so Waves won't beat ETH any sooner for sure.

In that case I will definitely choose Ethereum, because for me it seems similar to the opposition of the whale and a semen, lol.
Because Ether is so much greater and bigger than Waves.

WAVES is being useless excepting being used for dubious characters. A thorough refurbishment of the features could be needed.

Now indeed the volume of ethierium trading is greater than waves, because etherium becomes the most widely used platform as innovation to create new ico and its technology is impressive

Of course ethereum will stay alive even though the waves slowly increase. Ethereum will still be the best altcoin at the moment. I don't have the idea that waves will shift ethereum's position. It took a long time for waves to show their performance in order to catch up with ethereum.

I believe that Ethereum is very safe . Waves can only be used for speculation.

if I personally, I prefer Ethereum because investing in Ethereum is more better than I invest in Waves, that is because Ethereum price increases faster than Waves prices.

Waves has some good features, it's the easier platform to create a token, useful for new developers with no blockchain experience. Fees are so low that you can create a faucet and send any amount of tokens directly to wallets. I see they don't have many icos there, but experimental / community projects. I think it's underrated, people just look at prices, not the functionalities. Reading the comments I guess some never tried the platform but say bad things Tongue

Lots of "Ethereum killers" around: Waves, Neo, Comsa is coming. But I'm cuurently sticking with Eth.
