There are ICOs that are really just scams. Many had been reported to be a victim of their malicious intent of making money faster than anything on the planet. In my opinion its still yes for me, because yes there are some bad circulating news about the ICO but there are some ICO who still have a good reputation, still if you think that the ICO will be gone don't invest in it but if its not why you should be afraid to invest.
