Can i trust EtherDelta with my Private Keys ?

I never trust my key to anyone. You should create a new Wallet von EtherDelta. So you dont need to me scared, that somebody steals your private key and all your coins on the wallet!

well new ico used to use etherdelta exchange. and i been hear it a lot these days. i believe its safe and its had a good prices, i been tracking coin with this exchange lately. basicly its good i think. not bad at all.

Yeah, I fully trust EtherDelta. I imported 1 or 2 accounts already and I still have all my stuff! I Love EtherDelta, its just great what theyre doing for early investors!

Etherdelta is safe to use (just be carefully if you put in an order, double check it, triple check it). Since the ethereum update it is a lot faster and fun to use. If you are worried buy an Ledger nano S, you can use it with Etherdelta.

They are pretty trustworthy as far as exchanges go. That being said, I would never keep a large amount in there. Just put in enough to make the trades you want, and then withdraw it.

I use it as well but I have to admit that I don't like the fact that they know your private keys

Mind you, any coins you send to an exchange, they hold the private key of the address you sent it to.

Just create a new one and use it only for ETHDEL.

About 8 days ago I was wondering the same, it has a way different feel than regular exchange sites.That's part of the reason I only keep small amounts in there and do small trades. But I have to say that my trust has been grown the past days, fast transactions and as cheap as you would want them to be.

Only downside so far is that when you want to trade, but somebody beat you to it, you can still make the trade only to find out later that your transaction has had a 'bad jump destination'. That has cost me about 9 bucks so far

I'm not yet using etherdelta, but this is the most recommend of all eth traders, so I think our private keys are safe. My friends are users of etherdelta so why should I not use? and Where would I find as safe as etherdelta to exchange my token right?

my many friends loss token in EtherDelta. i advise plz use private window to open EtherDelta. private keys safe in EtherDelta but u can not save key in desktop and folder . This is very risky. if use google to open Ether delta u delete google history.

Yes. I have used it with my own private key till now no problems. But I suggest you to forget account if all your trades for the session has finished.

EtherDelta it's great! It's always the first exchange on list brand new tokens and its interface it's quite nice in my opinion  It's also very safe, so yes, you can trust them

I still think yes and that EtherDelta is a reliable service. The problem is that recently somebody lunch fake the fishing version which looks the same as the original site. I have read that many people are deceived and robbed in this way. Search this forum and you will find a lot of text about it. So be careful.

I never believe exchanges with needed private key. it is very risk to lose your all coins
it better to using on etherdelta to create new an account. Dont using your private keys.

Etherdelta is not user friendly platform the main problem with etherdelta platform is hacking my some friends etherdelta account being hacked by hackers. I would advice you always use private window or incognito window to open the etherdelta.  & don't share your keys with anyone. I think etherdelta need to work on their security system & add authentication feature to make it more secure.

Started trading in Etherdelta couple of days ago, till now everything has been fine and my Eth address seems to be safe for now. Also just a tip, I made another ETH address just for Etherdelta trading purpose because i don't trust them that much I would put my main Ethereum address there. Also I'm not leaving big amounts of cash on it when I'm away, because I would rather pay transaction fee, then have all of my money stolen.

Most of the replied here is positive toward Etherdelta, I have a new token that can only be traded to EtherDelta. I'm uncomfortable to share my private keys, but I had no other option but to try to trade the token to EtherDelta. Hoping this security measure will make a big help.

Etherdelta is probably the best place to trade any ERC20 tokens which just get to the market. But you should never show your private key from main wallet. Use additional wallets to do this kind of deal.
