as long I trading on etherdelta, I use private key for login and never experience any problem such as my wallet got hacked,etc. In addition slow process of buying and selling because so many unconfirmed transaction on ethereum blockchain.

yes you can trust with etherdelta, because im also using it although it's only been a few days, but im very confident and very safe besides that, shipping cost is very cheap once than other market

There are some phishing sites to scam people with minor spelling change to etherdelta.
and for myetherwallet too.
Other than that, it should be fine for buying/selling just like any other exchange.

This is one of the reasons I have always been scared of making use of Etherdelta.
Probably I have not gotten much time to read much about how their exchange or operation works or possibly it works the same way MEW works, but it still seems pretty scary on why I will have to just toy or play with my exchange like that all in the name of trading it. I guess I will rather have to wait for another exchange than doing that.

Although ED is safe without being silly, but I advise you have a wallet for trading on ED. Don't trade with your main wallet.

No one can guarantee that, you create a new wallet, when the transaction needs to transfer money. It is best to do so.

I also doubt about account security on etherdelta. Because, logically we have to login using private key and that's very risky. Another solution, I am using 2 MEW.

I think etherdelta its safe if import an private key and address , because i use etherdelta for trading some altcoin in 8month and always safely.
Etherdelta its long time exchanger , their database securely , just  trust their because their never take your money exclude fees/gas on transaction like withdraw,sell,buy or deposite.

I think it's safe, I've been using etherdelta for a long time, no constraints at all, it's important to save and not share our private key because it's very risky

Yes, you can trust etherdelta with your private keys and it is mandatory to use etherdelta with your private key. You cannot login/import your account without key. If you don't trust, try another.

I dont think they can steal my coins with a ledger wallet.
Every transaction made from my ledger adresses i need to approve at the wallet .
I do not think it is a good exchange tough very low activity.
I would not expose plain private keys to them without a ledger or sort like wallet tough.
In case the site gets hacked and all privkeys are stored somewhere everyones money is at risk.

You'll be okay if you send your Ethereum or another Altcoin that is compatible with Etherdelta. That website uses another wallet.

I must believe on ethedelta because a main reason is we don't have any exchange like ethedelta , ethedelta is first  fastest exchange   , any token always have on ethedelta first. 

Another exchange  always slower than ethedelta ,accept token to i can trade.

for me personaly i do trade with etherdelta. And yes, it is safe for trading your tokens due to my experience. It's still up to you if you would trust etherdelta.

The keys are held in the smart contract, which unlike humans is not a thief. I trade there and all is fine.
