Can i trust EtherDelta with my Private Keys ?

Etherdelta is not in custody of your private key! Your public and private key are only interacting with smart contract you are trading it's token. So relax ! You are safe. However, never share your private key with any website, survey or forum!

If I have to compare them, I'll say that etherdelta is safer than a centralized exchange.

I really wish for a day which we all trade in a few comprehensive big-ass decentralized exchanges and we don't need all these "KYC or die" exchanges anymore.

Why exchange does not work for all countries? I have heard more than once that for some countries in eastern Europe, the exchange does not work. This should be a decentralized solution for all users.

i have attempted etherdelta once and contribution with my private keys. at that point so far i didnt experienced any issue, additionally my different friens utilize this exchanging site. their input is secured and protected and quick withdraw

for sure u can trust ED.. but make sure you double check ur address when you copy it to deposit/withdraw.

Heard about a malware that changed your address when you copy it. so always double check your address

I believe in the EtherDelta, i keep my private key safe in. your private key should not be disclosed to anyone.  Do not search your private key directly on the website link. because hacker can hack your private key.

I think you can trust the ethridelta but I must admit that you should not lose that private key because when you lose that private means that you lost all the money in myetherwallet wallet.

Well, I personally trust EtherDelta to hold my private keys and I would recommend that you do as well. They have not shown to steal or be a scam in any way in the past and seem to conduct their business very professionally.

Etherdelta asks for private keys and also gives option to forget account. SO after using you have to select forget account. It is safe

I wouldn't trust, it is better to create other purse for this exchange, I heard at some coins vanished, I don't love this exchange for the auction at all, but sometimes not to do without it

Better to open middle myetherwallet address before sending all your tokens to hackers in case of you misspell the site address. There are some fake etherdelta addresses with tricking you same site vision. Send the tokens which you wanna to sell on etherdelta to "second myetherwallet" address.

Whenever you do not feel sure about something then that is an indication to not put all your eggs in the same basket, create a new private key and put a small of tokens there and then enter that information in etherdelta and see if nothing happens if everything is all right you can use that service if it is not then you are going to lose some money but not all.

Even if it seems safe, you should always use your alt wallet to trade on etherDelta and stay away with your main one. Better safe than sorry, you never know when you will accidentally click the wrong link.

I agree with you. Before ,I am very hesitant to join etherdelta for security reasons of my wallet. Since we are  exposing our private keys to their site. But when metamask is introduced, I am trading using it. Just set your default wallet in metamask and refresh etherdelta and thats it.Very convenient.
