Is Franko really supposed to halve only every ~22.5 mio blocks ?
At roughly 1 mio blocks per year this would amount to >20 yrs to first halving..

I wonder if that's the real reason they shut the exchange down. They were kind of sketchy. I used them a little bit a year or two ago until they started stealing my BTC deposits.
