most exchanges you have to pay to get listed on, but don't think so with livecoin

Fastcoin is on livecoin and they seem pretty good and there's a usd market for fst and others
this would be great for Franko

developer has to apply
https://www.livecoin.net/en/coin-listing

think I gave link ages ago to Mr.Franko,
so here it is again

yobit is a hellhole, it has been too long this mess so please just apply, think it's free

livecoin replied and said they arnt listing anything till feb

worth a try
don't trust yobit to deposit btc to buy frk or to be able to withdraw frk

when is the frk to lucrii swap happening? or are you planning to keep franko as franko and roll out new features?
better still, build your own exp frk exchange, you have the skills
that way you have your own btc and eth coins, no need to own any others for crypto fans!
thanks

That is exactly what we are doing.

so what my plan for FRK is, to keep the spirit of Franko as a currency. What id like to do is keep a constant token swap open forever so if people want to mine on the frk chain as it is now they can, and if they want they can burn their tokens for FRK:Lucrii.

Lucrii is a basic income and will also have staking. So "Borderless Citizens" will be able to register with the basic income registry, and when they are verified they will be able to mint FRKL every month unconditionally. We are probably going to try and set it to something like 1k lucrii per month but have that determined eternally so it can be updated in the future.

Everything about lucrii is modular. Since tokenlab is done now, we have the technology needed for token swapping. What we will need then is for people to create cart solutions for the new token. Again since we are going to be focusing on its utility as a currency.

Leaving the traditional mining is good!
We can burn tokens or coins for FRK:Lucrii? Is it the opposite, is it possible to get coins back for tokens?
Not understandable about 1k per month...
I think FRK on the right way, it will be new life for old good coin.

So guys, I have some FRK from way back when in a wallet. I'm probably going to hold onto them, but I wanted to check the wallet balance. Where do I get a client?

So I was actually considering that. Do we want to make them swapable back and forth? What makes this an issue is FRKL will have basic income and proof of stake so FRKL will outpace FRK production. I think we will just keep it open one way.

Greetings, friends at Franko!

As Komodo Platform has been working around the clock to fine-tune the multiple GUI's that are the face of our Agama multiwallet and BarterDEX atomic swap protocols, there have obviously been many bugs found and many debugged. However, one bug in particular was found not only in our Agama GUI wallet, but also in the zcash4mac GUI swing wallet. It is a simple bug, but it warrants your attention. This is a potential money cost bug, and as a Bitcoin-protocol cryptocurrency, your GUI wallet(s) may be susceptible. We are reaching out directly to the developers and communities of the 60+ coins featured on Agama and BarterDEX as the bug may have a direct impact on you (via your own wallet).

watchonly-GUI bug: 'watchonly' addresses appearing as your own in GUI wallet; users could potentially send funds to the address, unaware it is not theirs or available for withdrawal. You can import <any address> and it becomes a 'watchonly' address. The GUI will display the address as yours, add its funds to your balance, and accept deposits, but cannot be withdrawn. This could be a normal address, my address, a p2sh address, satoshi's address, etc. This can be confusing to an end-user and will lead to many headaches for the developer, as is always the case with misplaced funds.

FOUND: in Komodo Platform's Agama multiwallet (fixed) and zcash4mac GUI swing wallet (@jl777B: "newest QT wallet seems ok about watch only, but not sure of older and when it was fixed")

ex. @grewalsatinder found the bug in his zcash swing wallet: https://i.imgur.com/sVd0QTL.png

Quote from: jl777B
"satinder used zcash4mac, ie. the zcash osx GUI, not ours... the assumption is no GUI out there properly handles watch only addresses, until proven that they do... agama also had this bug, which we found and fixed, so it seems a very common bug to have"

SOLUTION: For the 'watchonly' address or any address not yours, the value 'ismine' returns false. Any such address gets filtered out.

QUESTIONS:
  • How does your recommended GUI deal with watchonly addresses?
  • Does your GUI display watchonly addresses as different than actual addresses in the wallet?

We need to experiment a bit to see which approach gets a better response triggering the bug. People WILL lose money if they send funds to a watchonly address.

Quote from: jl777B
"the t3 addresses in the 'Own Addresses' column! and they absolutely cant be as they are p2sh addresses. it is clear proof that the bug is very real and anybody that understands a p2sh address will understand it cant be something in your wallet. it is usually a multisig address, so only if it is a 1of1 multisig (possible but very silly) can you have a p2sh address that is spendable, but the wallet wont even know it... normal addresses can also be watchonly, which makes this even worse. in that case it would appear in the list of addresses just like all the others. even if you are able to spot p2sh addresses visually, it wont be enough"

We want to spread awareness and facilitate discussion of this bug to minimize the impact.

Of course - we can always talk about how you can use BarterDEX today to trade Franko via atomic swap directly with your peers, through our beta GUI and without downloading the entire blockchain ; ) That is how we found the bug, afterall.

Stay safe,
Jay

Hum, interesting comment that you are making here about privacy related to 2fa.

I would be really glad if you could comment on what you shared because I am genuinly
interested to know a little more about "privacy reasons" around that.

I feel really concerned about it.

thanks

Hello guys,
Please, activate frankocoin wallet in Yobit :/
I need sell my frankocoins

You could sell them on NLExchange, but the order books are almost empty and last price is 10Sat.

We all won't get old enough to see Yobits wallet getting out of maintenance (like a whole bunch of other wallets that are in perma-maintenance there).

Hello Franko community ---

Franko is available for atomic swap trading on Komodo Platform's decentralized exchange, BarterDEX! Right NOW, peer2peer, on Mainnet with live orderbooks. Anyone can test it out if you'd like. We are taking privacy to new heights by keeping your funds and privkeys in YOUR HANDS! zK-SNARK coin Jumblr in YOUR HANDS! Liquidity of each coin is still building, but BarterDEX can pair your coin with any other of the 80+ coins on the exchange. If a team member, perhaps someone from marketing, would like to test out an atomic swap through our GUI, please send me a DM : ) We have a team availabe for walking leaders of featured coins through the Komodo ecosystem to teach you how your community can benefit from BarterDEX!

This is truly a community project - the keys are now in your hands! YOU (literally anyone) can be a marketmaker for your coin, making it available to BarterDEX users around the globe. YOU can create a SPV electrum server, allowing BarterDEX users to manage and trade your coin without downloading the entire blockchain. It would be nice to have your coin paired with KMD on a dedicated Liquidity Provider node, allowing users to trade between the two 24/7 - then we could introduce it to the community as having liquidity in BarterDEX! We would be happy to assist you with setting these up. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Welcome to the BarterDEX decentralized exchange!

Trade freely and safely,
Jay

Can someone help me please? I was mining on this site, http://www.atomicapool.com/mining_urls, with this background in bfgminer v5.4.2:
bfgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum + tcp: //pool.atomicapool.com: 3029 / # xnsub -u FAPshBo53xoRY6RW5Wm4Lc9qzwPnmfpzDq -px -d gridseed -S gridseed: all --set-device gridseed: clock = 850, chips = 40
It closed for a few days and now the same command does not work.
I moved to this one and nothing.
bfgminer.exe --scrypt -o pool.atomicapool.com:3029/#xnsub -u FAPshBo53xoRY6RW5Wm4Lc9qzwPnmfpzDq -p x -d gridseed -S gridseed: all --set-device gridseed: clock = 850, chips = 40
In both cases this was the response of bfg:

No servers were found that could be used to get work from.

Please check the details from the list below of the serve.

Most likely you have input the wrong URL, forgotten to add a port, or have not set up workers
