new firmware out 11/20 date FYI
Yay! Hopefully this addresses my hashboard and "socket connect failed: connection refused" issues. I was considering rolling my firmware back to the September version. Anyone have success either way?

You have to log into your router or modem and look under the firewall. You can add an exception for the miner. I had mine unplugged for a week because I moved, I just checked and coinwarz says 0.009 Dash per day... Is that true?

0.009 dash per day would be good if it is true

SCREW BITMAIN. This is the last product I ever buy from them. They knew the network could not support the hash rate they were going to flood it with. Also F anyone of you pawns who defend this shitty corporate behavior. I never expected an over night ROI but also not a 2 plus year ROI. This coupled with the BCH bull shit Bitshit can kick rocks.
Btw if smb puts USD into a bank, for let's say 2% deposit interest, he could earn extra 100% in 35 years only

Realize one thing. The demand is the reason for such huge production. Yea, they are surely making miners for themself but I'm pretty sure OUR DEMAND takes the major part. And here we are again. It's mainly because of us. Solution it's simple. Stop creating the demand and they will surely reduce the production
I clearly remember how people were cursing Bitmain in August and September on twitter (where BM announced coming sales) for not issuing MORE D3 miners , because miners then were sold out during 30 minutes

So far, it resolves itself... after about 60 seconds it changes from the socket error to the hardware version info... and the mining commences. Thanks for the update on the latest firmware. I'll try September's.

Typical Shitmain strategy, and their dogs here barking...
If they confessed they made very big mistake and everybody who bought d3 is dissatisfied , they should give real solutions, not giving gift for them selves. I have bought many d3 and i am not going to buy such scammer product so they can put those ticket in their supporter's asses.
Don't know why but I think you are reffering to my post Myself wanted to buy them also (but luckily to me was never fast enough). After few sold batches I did some gestimations and result was pretty close to what the current status is. I'm sick of people like you blaiming others from your own poor decision. Poor decision ? yes BITMAIN is poor decision, and you are so genius could you please share with us how did you predicted at july ? Just say you were luck bastard, anyway if you were right , bitmain would not take such decision about d3 buyers. They know what they did. Why nobody did not speaking about L3? all l3 buyers made good decision and same people made bad decision at d3 ? You are an idiot, this is not related with your stupid calculations, those calculation everybody can do after august . No need to use abusive language (i hope). I'm not saying I was 100% sure. Just had very stong feeling (based on all the batches sold, growing difficulty and fact I do not believe much in DASH). Last time I attempted to buy them was in mid August (I remember the BTC shoot that time). And as you can see I did wrote "luckily". Arguing with this idiot is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how badly you beat him, he'll still strut and cluck and shit all over the board declaring that he won. Don't waste your time..... Hahahah, Ben I love your put downs, I'm actually laughing out loud at my work desk! Wooops! Hey DASH is at $500 USD right now! Wonder why??

How is two 1200w D3s more than a 2880w PSU can handle? BTW, I'm looking for super high wattage PSUs if anyone knows where to get them. Wondering if options more powerful than the 2400w ones from ParallelMiner are available.
I was originally planning on using the 2400w parallel miner options to power two D3s each, but is that safe?
not sure what you using all the watts for.... mine runs ~16.5GH @ 850watts...

ZPOOL - the miners multipool! Support We pay 10 FLUX Parallel Assets (PA) directly to block rewards! Get paid more and faster. No PA fee's or waiting around for them, paid instantly on every block found!

Does anyone know what might cause a miner to fluctuate between 4gh and 19gh? I'm using the firmware before the new one that just came out yesterday

I am new to Dash mining and I just got my new D3. I read through the post and found the recommendation of using zpool. I wonder why Suprnova is not in consideration since its fee is 0%. Really appreciate if anyone could explain a bit.

some honesty, if you could get your hands on 1 to 5 d3 units in a day would you now? price $1300 w/ psu. or is it game over/ take too long to recover investment before making $$>? and with 75 GH total how long will it take to get 1 Dash coin?
