Haven't it occurred to you that the exchange listing also has some strategy to it, and perhaps the team wanted to settle other after-ICO matters (bounties, etc.) first before enlisting on exchanges? I've been in business for 20 years and I'm really shocked how impatient people are in the crypto field... obviously brings all kinds of wannabe investors who know nothing about anything. I see this with more or less every ICO. Impatience, immaturity, jumping to hasty conclusions, FUDing, etc. Why invest in an ICO in the first place then with such unstable state of mind? Obviously it was your own misjudgement if you already feel so distrustful this early in the process. Perhaps you shouldn't have invested in this ICO.

Come on people, give the teams at least a month after the ICO's are over to put things together. If after a month nothing happens, then unleash your criticism.

They deceptively put Gavin Wood';s photo on the site to get money, then removed it.

On another note, it is not uncommon for dev's or advisors to have contract for the duration of the ICO or initial development only. Now they got funded well, they can hire as many dev's as they need.
Maybe you're just trying to FUD to get some cheap AMB  

No one needs to FUD. The incompetence and greed of the team already sees the tokens only on Ether Delta where they have been hammered down in price. FAIL

99% of the ICOs now trade under ICO price after they hit the exchanges, times have changed, however a decent project is a decent project which Ambrosus is so the price rise is only a question of "when" and not "if". Perfect opportunity to stock up at these great prices
