Hi, Steam items are ones made for the Platform Steam by Valve corporation: http://steamcommunity.com/market/. They can be traded already via DMarket. Those items are transferred to our platform via Steam API and do not require blockchain integration. Other gaming titles that will be connected to DMarket API, will store their in-game assets on DMarket blockchain.

I am an early investor of dmt, so I follow all the news and updates. Yesterday I spotted this tweet from Dmarket CEO https://twitter.com/ceo_dmarket/status/984765605294346241. Wow, "big news" probably means some serious stuff, which can make token moon. After thinking for a while I’ve decided to share my predictions of possible announcement:

- To start with, it can Unreal Engine partnership. Just follow my logic: what is their ultimate goal? Supporting widest range of games. They’ve already partnered with Unity, so next comes Unreal Engine. Before Unity I would say it’s just dreams, but these guys seem to know how to negotiate with giants in game industry.

- Another one is Xsolla integration. A while ago DMarket partnered with Xsolla and they planned to make DMT on of the currencies inside Xsolla’s payment system. That didn’t happen though, and now it can be a perfect moment for integration. Xsolla is really popular so this would be a huge step for DMarket.

- New game publishers connecting to DMarket platform. Obvious one, but still could be a powerful announcement with a big name like Blizzard.

They already have partnership with Unity, Epic's main competitor. I don't think we will see any deal between Epic and Dmarket anytime soon.

Tech Update: Mobile Wallet, New Filters, Upgraded UI and More

After DMarket released its product version 2.0 Beta at the end of March, the platform development is picking up speed. 

We have prepared a brief update on new features deployed to the platform.

To date, the DMarket team has successfully completed the following tech milestones:

*Updated Steam workflow for CS:GO skins trading. Now, all CS:GO skins have a trade lock parameter and they can be successfully traded on DMarket
*Released functionality to filter Steam and Blockchain skins by item category parameter
*Released Android mobile wallet application.
*Released functionality to claim blockchainized items via promo-codes
*Platform interface has been upgraded to make user experience more convenient
