I do not quite understand what is the point in drafting an expert panel, which includes various famous people? Well, just talk to them, find out what advice they can give for the development of the project and that's it. Why this hype?

Stars are usually very busy people — training, competitions, performances, etc. It is hard for them to find time for some additional communication with their audience. It is a complicated task. I cannot even imagine, how TokenStars is going to solve it.
