Good afternoon. Usually scouts are rewarded for finding new talented athletes. Will there be such remunerations on TokenStars?
As I saw in the white paper, the total benefit for the scout that brings a promising player will be more than $10k. I think that is quite a good opportunity for the scout all over the world. |

The TokenStars platform builds wellbalanced motivation system that encourages its agents, specifically Scouts, Promoters and Advertisers, to perform their functions better thereby increasing the effectiveness of the entire TEAM ecosystem and its benefits to the TEAM community. To be motivated to use the TokenStars platform further, its agents may receive compensation for their active participation in TEAM ecosystem, as described in Sections 6.2 and 6.3 of ACE White Paper. Compensation will be paid in the TEAM tokens, that allows the agents to participate in the growth of TEAM ecosystem. |

Contests run on the platform can have different look, rules and mechanics, but they all will be built on the blockchain-based backend module. This will ensure accountability of the organizers to the community especially in regard with prizes distribution. Case study: a singer ‘Enrique’ releases a new album and needs to engage his fan base. He launches a global contest with hundreds of prizes for participants, incl. participation in real-life events. The community trusts the results.
