chinese officials doing their best to get in the game...make sure u have extra btc when they spread news for FUD to get in again.. they are manipulating chinese investors to get out of btc trading and a few IN.. then they will announce that everything is back to normal after they are all in on their cryptos... best way to make money of other peoples money... make chinese scary news to create fear.. what a powerful foe they are... power to manipulate through news and regulate.. all for their own benefit.. oh well too bad chinese official we are here to hodl just like u guys.. hope u get fkn arrested soon.

Can one rationally argue that the negative news about ICO bans from China could be a positive thing for NEO in the long term?
There is no way China is going to ban this forever.
The most obvious scenario would be a collaboration between Chinese Government,
NEO and perhaps Microsoft China.
This is just my speculation!!

Well as you know the Chinese have a habit of banning stuff only to reconcile later. This ban probably won't be permanent. If it is, it'll be a long time before the market goes up again as most investors are actually chinese. A collaboration seems unlikely yet possible

Did you manage to pick any up when the price dipped recently?  I think you're right though, $30 is still a great price.  i think we will come out of this China business with restrictions on ICOs, but not a total ban.  At that time, prepare for Moonshot!

Yeah I think you are right.  As another poster said, it wouldn't surprise me if it was all just market manipulation to get in at a cheaper price and gaining more control over cryptocurrencies.  From their point of view it would just be a good business strategy.

Facebook is blocked in China, so people would use Chinese Wechat;
Google is blocked in China, so people would use Chinese Baidu.
See a pattern here? China is just protecting their own market.
My prediction is that new regulations will only allow Chinese people invest in Chinese blockchain, such as NEO. Ethrereum will be banned from Chinese exchanges.

NEO is going to be fine it is on Bittrex and Bitfinex echanges. I think that in one year the price may double so it is a good investment. They are developing and more ppl are using their blockchain. It is good to have diversity in term of cryptos. Always spread your portfolios

The time to buy back in to NEO is NOW! Sep 11 will kick off a huge competition which will generate competing dapps for the NEO chain. China raised an eyebrow, NEO didn't die, bitcoin is still $500 or more above where it was a month ago. I've been watching all this very carefully. I believe this is about as low as NEO is going to get. Anyone still holding now is fully committed. Weak hands are gone. If you were like me and sold high to wait for a day like this, its here. I'm telling you, come Monday, the market will awaken. Don't be late.

I know a lot of you don't follow TA and honestly, a lot of the coins really aren't paying much attention to it either. Fundamentals is playing a big part in all of this; however, I'm just throwing this out there. I hope it doesn't follow the technicals but if it does, it looks like another H&S is forming and there is a lot of downside. The previous H&S had a downside target of around 5000, and it hit it. Take it for what it's worth.
