And hitbtc is 4th place at this moment. Wouldn't call it a shitty exchange.

HitBTC is not bad, it has grown very fast because likely every coin got listed there in no time. Sure, Bittrex would be very nice, lets see if the Team get it, as they accumulated many $ in ICO that should be possible.

I would hope for Binance though I really like their idea with Binance Coins and their exchange in general. Would also possibly make it more known in asia.

Good things need time. I personally think that they are already on the right track. More and more projects are getting listed on Kickico, and we are getting listed on more and more exchanges. They make a very professional impression so far, so I wouldn't be too worried

It is pretty normal to get the fundraising going that you offer discounts for early birds and purchases of large amounts of tokens. Nothing to complain about afterwards.
