Does anyone know when pre-ico participants get their tokens? I visited the websites FAQ and they say that they had to switch the contract address, but it doesn't show any tokens for me when adding it to my wallet?

New tokens will be sent to all participants of preICO 2-3 days after the ICO ends.

I have KC tokens on the presale contract and the regular contract. I can see them in MyEtherWallet but they are separate. How can they or will they be combined?

What about reading what they wrote here?  They will not move towards their previously announced hard cap, they have set now a hidden cap below 200k

Curious: Has there been a loose conversion re what this will start at when put on the exchanges? And or is there a prediction of price ranges anywhere? i.e. looking at total coins/in circulation and typical marketcaps are we aiming for anything yet like $1 or $0.10 etc?
