That's pretty awesome! It's good to have now all the details about the ICO. I will share it with my Friends. This is really going to change the landscape around event ticketing and hopefully will weed out all the fraudsters that plague it. |

Reducing the number of minimum targets is the right step, I think 2 million dollars is suitable as a minimal target, because now the competition in the ICO world is very tight, but I really hope the maximum target can be met |

Very interesting project and has a huge potential.The ticketing industry generates huge revenue.Project will not only generates good revenues for the Organizers but fans will also get tickets at cheap prices.

The pre sale is closed to public, it's for their early buyers and partners AFAIK. The pre sale is capped at 3 mil AVT (which is 50% of total sales) with a small discount (up to 20%). I don't know what mechanism they will use to process pre sale. So I assume everyone can buy AVT during public token sale that starts on 6th of September, at least 3 mil AVT (92 AVT for 1 ETH) + remaining AVT tokens that are not sold during pre-sale (if there will be any). |

Finally we are all able to see the countdown till ICO. And I just saw the target amount that they want to raise, for sure it will be met because a lot are excited about this ICO. Will the soft cap/hard cap be seen on the site as well or how much it had sold, just wondering? |

This main crowdfunding round will run from 6th September to 13th September only one week. Soft cap is set at $2,000,000 equivalent of 8000 ETH and hard cap is $15,000,000 (60000 ETH) in case people don't time to read the updated and details. Minimum cap is good and is achievable easily as the demand is real for this project.

Hopefully we will be releasing details about who has invested as well; but that depends on the individual investors. We reserved some tokens at a discount for corporate partners, strategic investors (e.g. those who offered to open up specific doors for us in terms of client opportunities), and clients (e.g. the ones we have already spoken about publicly along with others). I like the fact that you are starting with a relatively low marketcap of soft cap 2 million USD. This makes it very attractive to smaller fish like myself to be able to get a chunk and grow a little bag accordingly. I will get some ETH aside to invest. Nice to see some fellow Greeks in the Team as well, that made my day! |

Great news, the ICO date will be started on September 6th and run until the 12th, so it is not the late August, but the early September, and I think this ANN thread should be updated with this important information. Will ICO stay 5 days? Like previous rules?
