 Beta with Payments! The servers have been updated and restarted. Some updates to minimize phantom downtimes were applied. Please monitor your nodes for any issues.

We are also now in the earning phase. There will be no payment records created until the end of the first 24 hour period.  The time is approximate since the earning period is based on blocks not clocks.  There will be a post just before the first period end, about 7 or 8am GMT on the 16th.

I get an invalid invite link, I must have been banned which is kind of surprising because I barely ever said anything in there. : ( I must have come across as a troll when I asked a couple questions. That's exciting I guess I missed all the announcements recently. I would love to setup a secure node once I can figure out how to join the discord again.

Ok, I might be dumb, but I downloaded the wallet (swing wallet) that mentions being a full secure node or something like that. However, I have no indication that it is functioning as one and cannot find a cut and dry explanation that makes sense to get it to function as one. Any help would be appreciated.

Swing wallet downloading full blockchain and acting like an node, but this is different from Secure Node.

what is this compared to zcash do you think?

With Secure Nodes (3500 Nodes already) and with future implementation of Decentralised Governance..Ask yourself why Zcash?

But is it sustainable? since the incentive to run a secure node is decreasing as more come online, unless of course the price goes up accordingly.

Good idea but not very smart plan My tip:
1. Each person who send content need to:
a) Like profile
b) Like post
c) Share post

Then this is effective because all friends will see such post and info about zencash...

If you only are all the time in group of people where everybody know zencash, you will never bring many people to your profiles and zencash. It should be also shared (info about this "contest") in many other places like youtube, blogs, fb.
