Gambling does not improve mental skills and honestly, I don't even know what mental skills are. If it means to have a sharper mind than before, gambling won't do this. Investment is depended on our income how much we can able to save per month. If we can get good income and after all our expense we can able to save big money, then we can spend money on gambling.
