Sometimes I buy a few tokens during ico to support the product, so actually like on kickstarter.
It is not easy to find a promising ico where you can invest a big amount. Especially now when there are dozens icos each day.

I actually not investing on any ICO yet, but i do believe that people invest on ICO's simply because they believe on that specific project and hoping that those project will succeed.

If you really know what ICO are then you understand in my opinion that are the future of economy and not the null value cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.
ICOs are real projects and the tokens of them are like shares. If you buy tokens of a good ICO then you invest to real project and not wasted hardware and electric energy.

ICO is my favourite way to buy altcoin. I like ICOs. Because ICOs give us a big bonus. i think it's a big opportunity for us. most people likes this project ICOs, they invest here and hold this altcoin. became they will get a great future.

If i like a project and if i see a good potential i dont invest all of the money in ico.
I invest half of my money in ico time, and i keep second half for the time it is listed.

I’m assuming in order to test out the market and double down on profits if there’s initial interest? I like some more than others depending on the speculative value of an individual project. Some projects I’ve come across I can’t understand their white paper becuase it focuses exclusively on a computer related jargon language which isn’t helpful to 99.99% of clients. Other projects I’ve read, I see a fine concept, but the explaination and strategy behind the concept is too weak for it to speculatively profit. At the same time, there is a project that I simply like and the strategy behind it isn’t necessarily finished — it’s sort of a time will tell how the strategy will grow and if partners will come aboard, yet the concept fits into a marketplace void of that specific need.

People are doing ICO to raise money for project which will give them money.
Investors are investing in ICO because they think project will be big and it will give them profit.
Do you see any other reason than money?
Why would it be anything other than money? Unless you mean that you're trying to support a "worthy cause" or trying to build something of importance without focusing on the monetary value?
