This is not an Ethereum or Waves taken, it is its own blockchain running on a Proof of Stake consensus methodology so no ICO to speak of. There was a significant percentage owned by the former dev and stakes were sold to investors with details of OTC sales provided in this thread.

Islapdonkey and his crew of grifters are running a series of cons, scams, ID theft and straight theft.

This crew, and from the looks of it they are working together are perpetrating some pretty obvious crimes, but there is no way to prove anything, so they continue to get away with it. The tactics they are using are old skool cons, and the accusations and counter accusations seem to be working like a charm to create doubt, disinformation and camouflage.  Extortion seems to me the most lucrative of the bunch.

The former dev Convery received an extortion request for 0.95 BTC. At today's prices that's real money.

" This mining pool was primarily setup to help a couple POS coins. I encourage people to mine with a couple threads to add to their staking coins so they can stake more. This setup has a high overhead cost so I dont see it as a get rich scheme. When I tested it I noticed I got around what I staked with Droxne and sometimes more. I only used 2 threads (30 hashes). My Droxne wallet has 40k coins in it. I thought this would be great for new stakers and enhance the staking with everyone else. To start off with the first payout will be when the pool has about 350 Million hashes. That is the lowest setting but as we grow I will adjust to regular payouts. Security: wallet address can not be edited once they have been set. If you contact me I can manually reset them. I dont want anyone breaking in and changing address.USERS Hashes are stored on 2 different servers. My server is just for information and conversions and can be crashed, ddosed or have hardware failure your hashes are always safe. Since you are mining from your browser regardless of my sever state you will continue mining as long as browser not closed. This what I dont like. Estimated balance changes due to coin fluctuation! So we try to get 350 Million Hashes when XMR is high! BTW Didnt mention that we are mining via proxy on a xmr pool. Please make sure you are not over working your PC!

Like my burst pool this pool aim is to be self paying and miner oriented. I will also have some type of bonus or giveaway just need to think up something fun. This is a copy of the new games that were proposed in the Discord channel today to replace the cheesy games from the former dev. Feedback from the community is essential so that we can prioritize resources for either building games internally or acquiring games externally. We have an upcoming bounty ANN.

For the future the dev team is planning to have a give away either on the Twitter channel or our Discord channel. The details are not yet finalized, but it might be the spin of a roulette wheel. So its worthwhile to visit this BCT forum or other channels from time to time.
