I'm thinking about sending some COSS to the exchange.
Can I just let them stay in the exchange and receive my trade split or do I have to do something else?

Yep! If you keep your coss token on the coss exchange you will definitely receive the fee splits, and you won't have to anything else but if you use this method don't forget to turn on 2FA.

With all the market uncertainly I love trading on COSS and find it fun. I also tried out the trading promos and hope maybe that I can win a little prize but I am gazumped now very fast by other traders so not sure if I will end up in the prize list or not. The best part is that there are improvements happening to the platform daily and I plan to try to grow my stash here as the weekly revenues might grow in time when the volume on the exchange picks up. I know they are focusing mainly on FIAT integration right now and UI improvements as well as improvements in the support area, deposits and withdrawals.

Alright, so I withdrew nearly 6000 COSS from HitBTC. That was almost 2 hours ago and still can't see them on the exchange.
It will arrive soon hopefully.
But the transfer cost me 65 COSS. What the actual fuck?!

Can someone explain to me how the trade split is working? Because it says it was scheduled today at ETH block 5,069,750, and we reached it but yet I have no news. I guess there is a delay? And do you even get any notification of some kind or is it fully transparent?
Thanks in advance.

That's HitBtc fucking around.
Its their choice, coss.io has nothing to do with that kind of abusive fees.

Hitbtc does the same for almost all the alts they are listing.

This is a very expensive advertisement, and it proves that the effect of cryptocurrency is immediately accepted by everyone, I'm sure it's getting a long analysis of the COSS team and it's time to buy COSS as the future will continue to improve.

Almost all the withdrawal fees on hitBTC are crazy high the only option that saved me a bit of money was swing trading.

Now I totally avoid hitBTC as much as i can lol

Yeah I don't trade on hitbtc anymore their upload and withdraw fees are diabolical to say the least. I trade on COSS more and am in three of the trading promos so I hope I manage to win a prize but competition is very fierce and I try to trade now a little more so I don't get kicked off the bottom lol. For me COSS is going to be a very long term hold and I will try to accumulate more because when FIAT arrives and they slowly grow the Engine and add more pairs, we should get some nice volume building up. This week's fee split was half of last weeks but still an extra 46 bucks worth of freebies that might moon also in the future ain't bad at all.

Just a thought, if you buy 10,000 COSS (currently 7K USD) and it has 1B daily volume going through it per day (could easily become the norm for a typical exchange in the future) you'd be earning over 5K per week in revenue share.

Did you maybe miscalculate? With 10k COSS and 1B vol, the weekly income would be 744 USD. Still not bad, but not quite 5k.

Do you know what is the daily trading volume now? I want to approximate some revenues based on that and hopping it will grow in the next months.

Wait, wasn't the volume a week or so ago above 1mil?
Or did I read it wrong?

Edit:
According to coinmarketcap.com COSS 24h volume:
Total $1 328 241

Or does fee split count only COSS trading and not total 24h volume across the whole exchange?
Because if trading fee split is only for COSS that's kinda stupid and not worth it.

You are right, the daily volume is 1.3M. The fee split counts for all cryptos, not only COSS.

Quote
With COSS tokens you earn 50% trading fees on exchange fees, payment gateway, ICOs that are being launched on their platform, their own crypto credit card, and worldwide business crypto payment solutions.

There will also be COSSUSD tokens, so you also get a split of the fiat transactions cost.

You can check the COSS exchange's daily trading here: https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/coss/

Volume has lost significantly in the last few weeks on the exchange.

why can it happen, can you tell me?
Is it because of high fees and poor service, or because of other factors?
I hope COSS team can handle this Smiley

Marketcap went from 800billions to 400
Coss token went from 2,60$ to 0,60$

That's explaining most of the volume going down, it's just maths.
Two months ago, we only had 150/200k $ a day. This is a long-term run, if you trust this one, rewards could be awesome (my opinion).
