Softcap was $1.5m, and has been reached - we believe that we have already raised enough to develop our platform, of course the rest is a question of scalability

I don't get it. It says in the website https://atlant.io/

There is only two days and 5 hours left for the ICO round 2.

But according to Frogman:

ATL tokens will be transferable on EtherDelta as of November 1, 2017, the day after ATLANT’s currently running ICO ends, on October 31, 2017.

So, which is it?

There are several rounds, and we're now on round 2.

ICO ends on October 31, 2017

We will ask all exchanges that are going to trade ATLANT ATL token from the start to start trading November 1st, the day right after the ICO is over.

Right now it's tidex.com & etherdelta.com but we are very close in our discussions with a few other exchanges.
any big exchange such as bittrex or poloniex? if can list on these exchange that will be a big move for this ICO

We are trying to make that happen - of course we would like to list on major exchanges.
I'm really excited with that to happen, for now we should be focus on the ICO and let's show our support to ensure
we can raise a good amount necessary to improve the project. Big exchange will surely be possible soon, if we have a good amount to pay
and a big community to show support everything will be possible.

I seen, that you raised 3 mln already. Which is hard cap? and what will be with unsold tokens?

Hardcap is still quite aways, and we actually raised a bit more. Any unsold tokens will be burned.

I enthusiastically followed the development project of atlant. So far, Atlant is building a project that would survive for future, and try to give best for their investors. Like Atlant said as their motto; Invest, rent, and trade. They want give us something useful under Atlant platform.

It is an exciting project.  I swore off ICOs but opened myself up, when I looked into this one.  Put the rest of my funds into it.

Can I rent out my vanity only ?

I am thinking of breaking out the rent to the renters as this:

1.  toilet use -  1 Atlant
2.  vanity use -1 Atlant
3.  bed use - 10 Atlant
4.  water use 20 Atlant
5.  oven use 2 Atlant
6.  door use 12 Atlant
7.  Looking out the windows 2 Atlant
8.  Sitting on the sofa 2 Atlant
9.  Sitting on a wooden chair 1 Atlant
10. Sitting on a cushion chair 2 Atlant
11.  Watch TV 2 Atlant
12.  Use wifi 2 Atlant
13.  AC use 10 Atlant
14.  Heater use 10 Atlant
15.  Light bulb use 2 Atlant

I love the ability to let people rent my stuff individually.

The model doesn't quite work like that - ATL is a platform token that derives value from the rent and tokenization events. Payment for rent can be sent in ETH for instance or even fiat through our partners. Have a look at the whitepaper - also we're going to put together a simpler step by step guide on our website, very soon.

Yep. It'll remain untill 10 million tokens wouldn't be sold out.

Wow I think Litecoin and Bitcoin contribute a lot in the last week, I see Bitcoin from 72 now it is 80.xx and Litecoin is from 1xxx now it is 12xx.xx , great job ATLANT. Now I see the bright future because another ICO with same concept is nearly done or it is done, after that you will enjoy your ICO. Great strategy and I didn't think for that before.

Do you believe that ALTANT can be a big coin or will it be just another coin out of the millions?

Hello all,
I’ve read about some of these new blockchain platforms for real estate, and most recently Atlant. But I seriously doubt they’re legal, or not in many countries. There are so many constraints/taxes concerning real estate, how would they deal with this if its all ‘decentralized’?

Have you taken a look at the white paper? I think it will be helpful to find answers to your questions.

I was also wondering about the way tax would be collected based on building tokens. Would that be indexed to token exchange rates to FIAT currency? Ive heard that some countries are starting to allow taxes to be paid in bitcoin.
