but i agree with atlant, should not advertise your own project here.

1. You’re right in that it's not P2P payments, rather peer-to-peer rentals as per our WP, however you will note that in ATLANT, there is no 3rd party holding funds in a discretionary way. 2. Transaction fees are payable by the tenant, typically an insignificant value which serves as transaction-spam protection. 3. Settlement is imposed and determined on a particular prescribed date & time in case there is no conflict resolution event. 4. Users will not have to download & install ATLANT’s desktop app as it is not the only part of our presentation tier. Mainstream customers will use our web app with a simple and clean UI built with VueJS. Web app communicates with ATLANT nodes under the hood. 5. The year is not a random number, rather it was estimated by our team based on the Goldman Sachs projected growth numbers coupled with our own estimates, which we cite in our WP.

Look, I just read your white paper, which has 9 pages of which 8.9 are fluff. First I urge you to try to create something or at least read my white paper before asking questions which it elaborates on in detail. 1. 3-5% vs 30% fees 2. Don't follow your logic 3. Read our white paper 4. At least you agree on something, there's progress 5. I'm actually quite familiar with GS research because I used to work there, as an analyst. We don't just use the name, but cite their analysis Again read the white paper before spamming...

??What role will ATL tokens play??
ATL tokens are essentially core platform tokens (like ETH for Ethereum) powering the system and governing main decisions, allowing its holders to receive a part of every PTO (property token offering) in property tokens and earn commisions from P2P rentals, as well as vote for key decisions like % of PTO distributed among ATL token holders.
One can also work as an arbiter within the platform for conflict resolution to earn extra income. All operations within the platform are supported in both ATL and ETH, however we utilize ADEX (ATLANT decentralized exchange) to enable using arbitrary Ethereum tokens for operating within the ATLANT Platform.

I think relest is do some black campaign for their real estate ICO, Better you show how's good your product rather than critics in someone project. If you always comment bad in someone project how can the other trust you? BTW I want to ask Atlant. Do you use escrow?
Yes, we do use an escrow smart contract to collect Ether in exchange for ATP (pre-sale) tokens

GS always sell junk to people they call stupid customer I used to work at GS, now I work at ATLANT. If I were you, I am not sure that it would be wise to throw mud at a company worth $86 billion, consistently voted best in just about everything they do globally. Also, I don't think it makes sense to throw mud at us without any substantiated claims, or attention to detail in which our white paper explains the linkage between tokens and real estate. Please read the WP - it's really the easiest way to understand what we are trying to do. However if I had to sum it up in a few words, tokens represent shares in a special purpose vehicle (SPV) designed as a holding company. The SPV wholly owns a property, with a clean title, checked/verified by local authorities and digitally signed on the blockchain. Thus changing ownership of tokens changes ownership of meters, so to speak.
