It's not very clear on the ANN page, but after you post your application to the masternode site, do you just get added to the spreadsheet?

There is no public spread sheet for the second airdrop right now but you will be in the 2nd airdrop after completing the google doc and  following the rules

  And it does not matter which port I enter?

Do I have to then release the port in the router?

yes, the ports must be open or not the wallet will connect properly
