I received 80 mtnc for 2nd and 3rd week.. Thank you. But sad that I got less. I told dev that I have become member rank since sep 15 so I should be receiving 60 mtnc per week for 2nd, 3rd and 4th week and not 40 mtnc

It's not that easy. For the explorer I put in about 30 hours of work.
OK, now that I have the experience, I would be able to setup an explorer for another project much faster. But in first place it takes time to get into it.
And it's just not true that nobody pays attention. There were many people who asked for a working explorer. That's why I did it. I would not put in so much effort if I don't see the need

I've also sent a PM - no response. I'm running 2 iquidus block explorers already so I could set up new one in no time.
But when block explorer was required for the exchange after the mini-ICO, dev found someone blazingly fast to make a simple one.
So I guess you should be grateful you are getting at least something for your work, because dev doesn't consider block explorer a necessity at all.
