It is for newbie members. I think from memory i got 20mtnc when i was a newbie in the 2nd airdrop. The 2nd one has finished now though so you will have to wait until the 3rd one which is yet to be announced.

This was a real airdrop and better than the once currently in progress (the e-mania). The only requirement was to post on bitcointalk (min 20 post per week) and you do not need to wear signature either. I liked it because someone will have a hard time registering using multiple accounts.
