Sounds like a good sound project but there is something that seems quite unrealistic: 50% shares for authors when they publish books. I work in the industry and 50% is far from enough to pay publishers, transporters,  and retailers at once. There is a reason why author rights are capped to 15%. Even people like Rowling don't get much more.
Care to explain what is your plan on this? This little detail makes the business model crumble like crumpets in my opinion.

Thank you for your message. You brought up a very interesting point, something we thought about from the very beginning.

We'll manage to do this by making everyone work together, by creating a market where services like printing and delivery can compete.

Ex: When a reader will order a book, that book doesn't have to be printed and delivered from the publisher's in-house print who may be 1000 miles away from the reader, but, from a local print facility who can be 20 miles away from the reader.

When you start cutting down the transport fees and the monopoly prints, you can start offering the kind of earnings we advertise.
