I think is a bit too late for building up referrals. Most people (at least in here) are joined, so it is not easy to find some new comer.
I would better bless for Authorship will hv a impact raise after ICO

also can we tell who has signed up using our link?
though this might expose me to suspend risk,
someone out there could try to fraudulently signed up thru my link
and I'm the one getting burned    or am I just worry too much?

You wouldn't be breaking the rules, but I'm not sure people would wait until you'll receive the tokens after 14th Sept to be paid.

Also, there is no way for you to see who registered using your link. You receive a notification once someone did, but there is no identifiable info about that person. So anyone could tell you they did, when in fact they didn't.

I think the project of authorship is an excellent idea, and the beginning publishers will rightfully evaluate this project, which in the future wilbring them profit and new readers.
