Hi Peter,

I have refered a lot of people to the ATS campaign via my twitter page and telegram channel. I had a balance of around 7,000 ATS tokens shortly before the end of the bounty campaign. I have submitted the withdrawl request right now and received the following mail:

The var amount = 0 confuses me. What does that mean? Is it an error or should that mean that my balance is  zero?

Few minutes after ICO was over was when I submitted my ATS bounty  withdrawal request to my wallet. But till now I have not seen anything. It is still showing zero

Can't you wait for just one or two more days? Are you that desperate to get your tokens. I probably have more bounty tokens than you do but I am patiently waiting

Too many noobs around here. The ICO ended about 40hrs ago. Is 40hrs = 2 days?

Plus it takes 2-3 days from the MOMENT you filled the form. People just filled the form now and email us 10 minutes later asking where is there tokens.

RELAX. You left 10 messages already about this. We are all humans and we all sleep. Yes, we have a semi-automated process for making the payments, but everything needs to be supervised as transactions do also fail when the ETH network is busy (earlier there were 10,000 pending transations globally on the network), so we also need to pause things at times. Everyone who received a successful message after filling the form will receive the tokens, please be patient; there is nothing you can do with the tokens anyway until we get listed through exchanges which will take 1-2 more weeks.

I know and I totally agree with the rule , but it's private key not address , it would be dangerous to keep my key on the system .

lol, private key is like your password. Why would anyone enter or share their password. I think you're screwed big time buddy 

I got mistake on copying my private key instead of address to fill in the form .

Your case is really unique man, private key is too long compared to your eth address, it's kind of impossible that you will not notice the difference. Anyway, I hope they can change it for you

I am sorry to hear you managed to enter a wrong address, unfortunately it's nothing we can do about it. That's why we force people to even check a confirmation box that the address they entered is correct and they acknowledge this. If it's any consolation, our system will clear all the data once the payments are processed.

this bounty campaign for ico works pretty well, just wondering when will ATS hit the market, 4M is not a small number in these days

So, keep patient for three day, after that I will send Pm for the payment if till not receive.

Quick update for investors: if you invested by ETH and didn't receive the tokens yet, please send me PM.

About 1% of the payments get stuck for hours in "processing" eventually failing, so we need to resend them.

Do not PM me if you want to ask about the bounty payment, we've begin processing those as well, will process them in batches as the network is busy as times.

All bounty participant are requested to not to ask when we will get our tokens. As mentioned it requires 2-3 days. If after 3 days you don't get then you can ask here. Till then keep patience.
