Is it possible to add a watchdog for current miner, so if the miner crashed MM either restart miner or reboot the rig ?
Dont just wait for sync time.
like what we have in claymore with option -r 1 and -r 0

Request for the 2.X versions? Not sure if currently available.

Would it be possible to set it up so it only mines the most valuable amongst a select group of coins?

I'd like to do something relatively simply and only mine FTC, GRO, DGB-GRO, ZEC, ETH, ETC, EXP, VTC (on MPH) and then ZEN, SIB, HUSH on Suprnova...and that's it.

Could I manually configure it so it only mines the most profitable one among those 12 or so coins? Basically only using MPH + Suprnova for the few coins MPH doesn't support.

Working with only 3 miners, CCminer (811), Claymore 9.8 and EWBF...trying to keep it as basic and bare as possible.

In 2.0 (minutes left, I´m doing release last tests) you can select a group of coins to mine and it will change based on profit estimated by pool, but I think it only will works 100% on Yiimp, manual pools hasn´t api for autochange and Zpool, Mph, Hr has a port per algo and Pool will change between  algo coins.

VERSION 2.0   Grin

*Included Miners for AMD platform, I haven´t AMD card, not tested. ¡¡¡ AMD TESTERS NEEDED !!!
*Automatic dual mining between pools (ex. Eth on MPH and lbry on Zpool), choosing more profitable pool for each coin
*Yiimp now support automatic profit based coin change, this pool has autoexchange off, you must set individual coins wallet on config.txt to mine
*Manual mining now choose best benchmarked software for each algo.
*New Miners files format, no more ".ps1" files only ".json" files. Easier to configure.
*Changed default interval to 200 seconds for acurate benchmarks
*Automatic profit files deletion on start
*Pools Multiselection allowed on menus and autoexecution batchs
*Added API integration with Yiimp and suprnova for manual mining (optional on config.txt)
*Donation (optional) now applies on manual pools too
*Removed duplicities between config files (deleted coins.json and algorithms.json)
*Removed Whattomine info
*Fixed: MPH always choose US Location.

THIS VERSION CHANGE ALL CONFIG FILES STRUCTURES (CONFIG,POOLS, MINERS, etc)

Feature request : Deference Ratio to Switch
I posted this on Nemosminer, but its good for all miners to have this.

It would be nice to add a deference ratio to switch from miner to miner
I noticed many times that miner switch to another miner while the gain profit is so small
It would be much better to keep the current miner instead of switch to top.

I was looking at Nemos
It was mining on Blake2s and was showing 0.006 Btc per day
Then it synced and switched to nist5 which showed some thing around 0.00582 and Blake2s dropped to 2nd with a bit lower to around 0.00580
Thats so small ....
Stopping and starting new miner would take more time.

Greetings Mr. Megaminer,
what -interval value do you recommend for auto-switching pools? Is 300 too low?
And is the latest driver recommended? I still use 378.XX version.
Thanks.

Thanks.

I use 200 for benchmark and 600 for mining. I´m not fan of autochange, usually I´m mining one coin based on reads, whattomine, coinwarz, etc.

How do I change retry limit ?
I added -R 5 to Arguments in json files but gives error
Code:
"Arguments" : "-o #PROTOCOL#://#SERVER#:#PORT# -u #LOGIN# -p #PASSWORD#" -R 10,

If you want it aplies to all algo of this miner

Code:
"Arguments" : "-o #PROTOCOL#://#SERVER#:#PORT# -u #LOGIN# -p #PASSWORD# -R 10",

to apply to only one algo you must put in

Code:
"AlgoXXX" : "-a AlgoXXX -R10"

I will add that argument as default in next versions, what miner are you editing?

Thanks Boss!!!
I will add it to my miners.
All algos and miners ... lol
I think 30 sec retry limit when server dont reply is too much.
Also when there is "No Pool" error, it waits for 90 seconds or wait till next sync , mine is 600

Some thing is not right with 2.03
Check Nemos and MM benefit  comparison
It keeps the x11 at top with a whooping benefit of 0.01418 btc per day

Nemosminer :
Code:
ccminerAlexis78        X11            99.29 MH/s 0.00039     0.00392 Zpool-

Megaminer :
Code:
ccminerAlexis78      x11        101.00 MH/s 0.01418     0.14041 ZP-Hiro

Somebody reported same on Github

Nemosminer makes this api call --> http://www.zpool.ca/api/status
Megaminer makes this api call --> http://www.zpool.ca/api/currencies

This Allow megaminer knows what coin is mining (see column pool)

I see bad data are coming from api at level currencies, there is a coin called Hiro (X11 algo) reporting 50000 times more than X11 algo on status api.

I am going to contact crakfoo (zpool admin), while I wil make a release to ignore Hiro coin
