Really cool project - after watching  another projects I,m literately surprised! You don't want hype or something like speculations you want just work and create products - so backward! (joke  )
By fact your cryptocoins is not cryptocoins - its very close to some kinds of capital stock.
And here I see some problems - there is some circulation in your ecosystem. This is ensured by buyback of CND.
But if your product is good best strategy is hold CND. So price in this case (we remember that you always need to do buyback) of CND become very hight.
It is very deflationary model. And in any case investor (that did not use production of project) can take profit only by selling SND (but the best strategy is to buy and hold them), there are no any passive dividends for "lazy" investors.
I,m right or my  reasoning contain mistakes or misunderstanding?

Hi! If you read our WP, you would have noticed that our company has been working since 2015. Our application and website designed like this since April 2016. We already have several completed products (for instance, you can check our app - available for iOs and Android).

Regarding Santiment and CoinDash. Once again, here is a short summary of Cindicator’s history.
•    From June to November 2016, the team worked on the creation of the first set of machine learning models, further improvement of the collective intelligence system (currently, there are over 8,000 forecasters on the platform), and creation and forward testing of various trading strategies on the stock and foreign exchange markets.
•    In January 2017, an API for trading signals was launched, enabling the launch of test integrations with 11 hedge funds and three banks in the following four months.

If you don't want to read our WP, check the app, please: 1. Our app has been using this concept since December 2015. 2. You will find out that there is a completely different idea. Cindicator enhances human intelligence (predictions from many analysts) with AI for best financial forecasts. When it comes to crowd forecasting, it is more like Estimize than Santiment or CoinDash.

So it is hard to say that we copy someone.

Yes you are right - there won't be dividends for token holders but there are several reasons for our tokens to grow in price.
Three main are:
1. We will buy token back from exchanges to reward forecasters (supply/demand).
2. According to our roadmap, there will be several new products in addition to the completed ones. We also going to translate our app in several languages to attract more forecasters.
3. Investors will be buying CND tokens to get an access to Cindicator products (supply/demand once again).

Hello! Yes, 1 CND will cost approximately $0.01 (fiat price equivalent provided for illustrative purposes only, no fiat currency will be accepted). We will announce the price in crypto currencies right before the token sale.

Regarding our hard cap... Our vision that is the fair cap for our current stage and long term plans. Unfortunately, 95% of current startups are over-evaluated at ICO's stage. It's unbelievable for early-stage startups ( the majority of current ICOs) to raise millions of dollars.
Before our Token Sale we've already raised three VC rounds, finished accelerator and incubator programs, invested own money - it's how the proper startup's way should look like.

Your progress so far in the project ideation, initiation and implementation is convincing enough to attract huge following, supporters and investors because it is already a running startup with track record of activities. Unlike many projects in their idea stages flying around today seeking millions of dollars without any proof of previous work progress, fund raising history and project management success. I believe Cindicator is on the right track already, heading for success. You have my support.
