Blockchain.info is not good choice to invest ETH in any ICO there you no access to your private key and it doesn't support any ERC20 tokens. Better move this to Myetherwallet if you don't want to lose your money.

Majority of the people who sign up will be accepted in tier 4. Your cap will be smaller than the other tiers. However the token price remains the same.

You are wrong. Different ETH price because it fixed 1-12 hours before the certain tier token sale starts. It was announced a few months ago and we do not have a crystal ball to predict ETH price. Also it was not our fault that China decided first to ban ICO then close exchanges => made ETH price falling.

You are quite wrong on this one. CND price is fixed per USD not ETH. Your calculations don't account for that. Please stop spreading inaccurate   information. Also, take time to read the blog posts regarding the progress of the sale and details for each tier.

I hope my application will get included into Tier3 but I'm fully satisfied as like the team is moving forward this ICO well managed even some people looking worried because of FOMO. It seems next round will get finished very quickly like the previous rounds all people are ready to buy this.
