The lack of contribution information at official site doesn't look reliably. Why don't you show it? How do we know if you contribute more, for example??? This discourages potential investors.
I think they explained many times about these why they are keeping it as confidential because of security reason and their hard cap is 15 million Dollars. This is a good project to invest they have a lot of teams to answer questions as they arise and it looks like a lot of building is going on behind the scene, I'm following this thread because this is an ICO that is going to be huge

I wonder when we will finish the tiers.
Tier 3 start on Monday, Tier 4 didn't announced yet - probably end of next week  Really good decision with tiers, Cindicator ico passes very calmly and safely for investors. This project looks very serious and worked out. Devs do a great job for community. |

Blockchain.info is not good choice to invest ETH in any ICO there you no access to your private key and it doesn't support any ERC20 tokens. Better move this to Myetherwallet if you don't want to lose your money. |

Majority of the people who sign up will be accepted in tier 4. Your cap will be smaller than the other tiers. However the token price remains the same. |
