To Buy BCH or not to Buy BCH?

I see BCH price is around 0.094 BTC at time of writing. I am considering to buy some. I hope the price will raise because of all the media attention.

What do you guys think buy or not buy?

Bitcoins cash BCH is still new in the digital currencies, so BCH is still have a little comunities (the miners, developer team of BCH, BCH's network is still not stable) because of the BCH's price is increasing and many media attention to bitcoins cash, doesn't mean today is good time for buy BCH, if you want makes investing in BCH wait until the ecosystem of bitcoins cash start growing and the BCH's price started stable.

It is up to you. Decide after considering all the necessary considerations. But as for me, I would rather wait for the price to really go down very low and cheap before I would buy and hold. The dumping is still on going I think.

Dont buy at this time, Since most consider it as a free money from the fork. Wait for BCH to hit the bottom price when everyone got their BCH from exchange and they will surely dump their coins.

You are right and i agree with you, buy bitcoins cash to day is huge risk because the trend of price bitcoins cash is decreasing large of peoples are dumping bitcoins cash on the markets, it is still continuing dumping in my opinions i will buy bitcoins cash if the price start sideaway buy on support area or the price be difficult to goes more down.

Hey all.  I have bitcoin cash but did not claim it yet due to reading a lot of issues of ppl using electron cash with it.


When i get my bitcoin cash, what should i do with it?  Hold it?  Trade it for bitcoin?  Trade it for altcoin?  The thing is i would definitely like to use it for altcoins.  However, i had no idea ppl actually traded all their bitcoin cash for bitcoin when they got their bitcoin cash?

You missed the first and second day of BCH the price did even reached at 0.3 BTC / BCH.

I am considering to buy some.

The price is acceptable as we had seen the price before 0.3 btc as that much and with it's current price it's now cheaper compare before.

No one knows but if you have long term goal for this coin, I think you will get profit.

Increased attention now to the BCC due to the fact that they are still continuing to negotiate the recent events of August 01 and its separation from bitcoin. When everything is settled, interest in the BCC will fall as well as its course. Therefore, I think that it is not worth buying. This is not the crypto currency, which in the long term will increase in price.

Do not buy something that you are not well educated because if you will buy BCH or any cryptocurrency without having a decent research or background checking then you will not earn. Only successful investors invest in something that they really know or they are well educated so even we are not successful investor but we want to be successful then that is the right thing to do.

For me, you should look the situation first before deciding to buy or not because any wrong move/decision could result to a loss and also many  of us dumped BCH at the time it was on the market so buying BCH is not advisable wait until the major dumping ceases

And I decided to work in the old manner. The fact is that except for bitcoin and it's thrown, as well as the ether, I'm not interested in anything. All that is new to me a little annoying. I do not want to go after a headache and think why I did it.

It depends to you buy bitcoincash or not but Ifor me i think bitcoincash have potential to increase more in the future because this is part of bitcoin . I think it will increase in the future just wait only few months.

If you want to buy BCH, then I think that it will be a good idea to wait for some more time until the prices stabilize a bit. The exchange rates are ranging around BTC0.067 - BTC0.069 right now, and there is a chance that it may decline even further.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of people didn't have a chance to sell at the highs on Day 1. Only people with coins on exchanges like HitBTC and Bittrex were able to do that (and even among them, there wasn't much volume).

I guess it plays out the vision of the Bitcoin Unlimited folks. In some way, it is a network split, but technically, they are actually just forking off onto another network. It's a speculative investment vehicle like any other altcoin.

As an aside: Unless my calculations are wrong, difficulty on Bitcoin Cash just dropped 36%. My brain is too fried right now to run the numbers, but I'm guessing it is getting close to being profitable to mine (if not already).

The BCH's price has dropped much these days, so buy some is fine. But i don't know if its price would rise in future and this coin is quite new... Risky !

I'd still say it could drop quite a lot more. Like any altcoin, it probably hasn't completed its initial plunge. I'm guessing a lot of people are still hesitant to touch their keys and recover their BCC, but that a lot of them eventually will. It's supported on some big exchanges, and the price makes it worth it.

I'm not selling, but I would never buy at these prices. I might chuck a little coin at it if it drops to the .01 range and is still profitable to mine.

I dont have any interest in buying bch cause  it will never make it ,just like what happens to  bitcoin until this day.  I know when bch rise on the 1st day of august it became number 3 next to ethereum.

They didn't bother trying too hard to mask it as a speculative coin either. Didn't see any effort to rake in merchants. No visible outreach.

It's probably not going to be profitable for a while yet. They need more txs on board, they need more markets. Good price for an alt, but probably the most expensive alt to mine.

I believe bitcoincash may become useful new investment but not now.
I suggest to wait more to see what they plan to do with btc cash. It is not good right now.
